This house wall painting is the most complete object  you can see in the Prehistoric Museum of Thera...    All those who thought women discovered lipsticks ,makeup,  and jewelry to attract Men, will be surprised by this house frescoes...   More than a century ago, when Sir A. Evans saw the first Minoan female picture in Crete, call her the ”Parisian”.    After 35 years of excavations in Thera, all female frescoes were found painted with lipstick, few with makeup, all wearing different jewelry than the others...    S. Marinatos understood this house frescoes,  as of religious interest, so today it should be called  the house where the priestesses were getting ready for the rituals.  To verify this opinion from the house iconography,  we focus on two pictures: 1] The important fresco of “PANCRATIUM MARITIMUM “* 2]  The blue stars referring to a river bellow... The size of PM fresco is to picture its importance, even today,  still being used by the Bushmen for their rituals, as a sacred Plant... The bushmen raised their heads, cut the bubble and passed it over  their naked skulls.      It is considered to be cardio-tonic and hallucinogenic...         Its religious importance seems to be prehistoric,                          and it expanded to Africa... This evidence from African tribal rituals,probably familiar  to the Therans** ,  could explain the raised heads of all young worshippers  in the frescoes... The blue color being used for the raised heads, one way or an other,  is related to the river to witch the blue starts refer... The blue color is the religion reference to life giving water*** ...
